Press and hold the side button (highlighted below on your Apple Watch) until you see the power button icon in the upper right corner of the display, then let go of the side button. If you have an Apple Watch Ultra, be sure not to press the Action Button by accident since doing so will override this workflow.
Tap the button labeled “Reset” twice to confirm that you would like to reset your Apple Watch. After your Apple Watch restarts, you can attempt to pair it to your iPhone again.

Both the versions are similar, with little differences and a lot in common between them.
What’s in CommonWhat’s the first thing you notice when you look at a product? Is it the appearance? However, looking from a user’s perspective, three significant features won’t be in the later version include the ECG app, Blood Oxygen app, and the always-on Retina Display. Not just this, the screen in series 6 watch gets a little brighter to make it easier for you to check notifications and specs even during the bright days.
Also, the new Red and Blue dials are only available for the Series 6 version. The remaining dials stay common for both the models.

Maybe you far surpass your move goal each day, making that activity ring overlap. On the other hand, perhaps you can’t reach your exercise goal no matter how hard you try.

How to Change Fitness Goals on iPhoneTo adjust the activity goals on your iPhone, open the Fitness app and follow these steps.
Go to the
Summary
tab and select your
profile
icon on the top right.
On the
Account
screen that appears, choose
Change Goals
.
You’ll then go through each of the three goals, move, exercise, and stand. If you don’t want to change that particular goal, simply tap the button at the bottom to continue to the next one.
You can first change your move goal. Use the
plus
and
minus
buttons in red to increase or decrease the goal. This represents the number of active calories you burn by moving each day. Tap

You’ll then see your daily exercise goal. Use the

buttons in green to change the number of minutes of exercise you plan to reach each day. Tap

buttons in blue to adjust the number of minutes per day for this goal. Tap

You’ll then return to the Summary screen in the Fitness app and your new goals are saved automatically. You can see how close you’ve come so far for the day with your updated goals in the Activity section at the top.
How to Change Fitness Goals on Apple WatchYou can change your fitness goals on your Apple Watch in addition to your iPhone. The updated goals sync with the Apple Watch Activity app, so open Activity to get started.

Apple Watch Ecg Not Working? How To Fix
Several users have reported they are unable to take an electrocardiogram (ECG) using the ECG app on the Apple Watch. ECG is also called EGK. There may be a few reasons why the Apple Watch ECG feature is not working. This article explains how you can fix this problem. Please try the steps below. Make sure to check your Apple Watch after each step to see if ECG starts working.
1. Check if the ECG feature is available in your countryThe ECG app is not available everywhere. Initially, the functionality was limited to the United States. This is because ECG is considered a medical device or feature and each country has different regulatory approval processes. However, Apple has continued to gain regulatory approval and it has been adding many additional countries.
Apple’s website lists all of the countries where Apple Watch’s ECG feature is available.
2. Check if the ECG app is available on your watchThe app is not available on all watch models. The Apple Watch Series 4, 5, 6 (and later) have the ECG app. The previous Apple modes and Apple Watch SE do not support this feature. You can identify your watch model by looking at the back of the watch case.
3. RestartSimply restart your iPhone and watch:

iPhone X, 11, 12, or later: Press and hold the side button and the volume up (or down) button together until the power off slider appears. Drag “the on-screen power-off” slider. Wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. Then press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears.

Delete the app:

Find the ECG app.
