Windows clipboard history has undergone a major evolution with the October update of Windows 10. In the past Windows systems did not save the clipboard history. This simply implied that when you carried out a copy operation, only that immediate item is copied to the clipboard and is available to be pasted. Previous clipboard contents are overwritten by default and lost forever.

1] Check out the GIF sectionThe new Clipboard feature comes with a dedicated GIF tab inside the Clipboard Manager. You can access and use a variety of GIFs directly from your Clipboard Manager in Windows 11. Here are the steps to use this handy new GIF section:
Firstly, press Windows + V hotkey to open up the Clipboard Manager. Now, you will see a GIF option on the top of the Clipboard Manager; simply tap on this option to open up the GIF section.

1] Keyboard MethodI am sure you have used the Command Prompt once if you have used Windows for some time. If you use the arrow keys up and down, you can go back and forth of the executed commands. The same applies to PowerShell as well. But here is the twist. If you remember a command partially, here is how to search.
Type part of the command you remember
Press F8, and keep pressing it until you find.
The search term will be highlighted with a fluorescent green, followed by the rest of the command.
The only drawback is that the search term has to be the start of the command.
2] Search Forward or Backward in HistoryIf you want to search forward or backward in History, then you can use Ctrl + R and Ctrl + S. The former lets you search back in History while the later forward. As soon as you use the keyboard shortcut, you should get a snippet at the bottom (bck-i-search or fwd-i-search). Type what you want to search, and even if the text belongs to somewhere in the middle of the command, it will search for it. It is much better compared to the F8 method we used above.
3] View the entire PowerShell command History of this sessionType History, and press the Enter key. You should be able to see all the commands you executed in the current session. While you can view the commands executed in the earlier session using the arrow keys, the History will not have it. If you press the key “H” and hit enter, it will do reveal the History of commands. Consider it as a shortcut to the History command.
4] Invoke a particular command from HistoryIf you notice, the image above has an ID next to each command. If you want to execute one specific command from the list, you need to use Invoke-History.

Press the Enter Key, and it will execute that command from History.
5] Search within HistoryThe easiest way to search within History of commands is to use the Select-String method on History Output.
Type the following, and replace Get by the term you want to search
It will reveal all the commands which match the search commands.
Since you get the id along, you can use Invoke History command to execute it instantly.
Clear, Export, and Import PowerShell HistoryTo delete all the commands from History, all you need to do is execute the command “Clear-History.” Do note that even after doing this, you can still access the command using up and down arrow keys.
To export all the commands, you can use the Export-Clixml or Export-CSV format. Here is the sample command
To import these commands back to another or new session, use the following command.

Press Win+I to open the Settings, go to Windows Update, and see if your PC is up to date or not. The new Emoji panel comes with an optional update.
What’s New in Emojis in Windows 11?This is how the new Emoji Panel looks in Windows 11 PCs. There are four different sections, Emojis, GIFs, Kamojis, and Symbols. To use these emojis, open any text command, like the Notepad, Email, Blogpost, a Word Document, etc, and press Win+Period keys on your keyboard. The new Emoji Panel in Windows 11 looks modern and goes well with the modern design of the latest operating system. The emojis are fluent and 2D for Windows 11 and 3D for the apps like Skype and Microsoft Teams. Microsoft has made it clear that Windows 10 PCs will not be getting these new emojis.
As you open the Emojis panel, you will first see the recently used Emojis. There is a small arrow in the right corner which takes you to a whole lot of Emojis available in the panel. It’s a long list including, emojis, faces, animals, etc.

Also, there are some trending categories like Happy Turkey Day, Happy Thanksgiving Day GIFs, etc. You can now use these GIFs to make your conversations interesting. Needless to say that the GIFs add a humorous touch to your emotions and reactions.
Just like the Emojis, go to the place where you want to paste the GIF, press the Win+Period key on the keyboard, and select the GIF you want. These GIFs are powered by Tenor.
KamojisKamojis are Japanese text-based emojis that include various characters. There are categories like Classic Ascii Emoticons, Happy, Sad, Greetings, and more. Same as the emojis and GIFs, simply select the emoticon you want and it gets pasted.

SymbolsThe last section includes the symbols like currency symbols, general punctuations, math symbols, Latin symbols, geometric symbols, supplemental symbols, and language symbols.

You can just type in what emoticon you are looking for and the particular section and category will be opened. So, yes this new Emoji Panel in Windows 11 is pretty quick and easy to use and also has quite a lot of options to make our conversations quirky and interesting.

To use Emojis on your Windows 10 PC, you actually have to skip your keyboard and use the on-screen touch keyboard. When we say on-screen keyboard, we are not really talking about the regular keyboard desktop app, we are talking about the touch keyboard, there is a difference.
These tiny comical characters are categorized into various categories like emoticons, facial emojis, party pops, eatables, symbols, love, automobiles and more.
Please note, that the emojis appear differently across programs. For example, they came up colorful in my FB status update but black-and-white in MS Word and Notepad. I don’t know if there is some way out to get these colorful emojis as it is.

OneDrive is one of the popular free cloud storage services that let you store and easily access your files from anywhere you want. In fact, it comes pre-installed on your Windows 10 system, and all you have to do is sign in with your Microsoft account to start using it. A Few Things Before Getting Started1. The Fetch feature in OneDrive is only available in Windows 10 and 7. If you are using Windows 8.1, then you don’t have access to the feature.

Enable Fetch Feature in OneDriveTo enable the remote file access feature in OneDrive, search for OneDrive in the Start Menu and open it.
You will now see all the familiar folders like Documents, Videos, Pictures, etc. If you scroll down a bit, you will see all your drives in your Windows 10 system. You can even access files from any other external storage device like thumb drives attached to your system.
You can also stream media by selecting the “Open” option or uploading it to OneDrive by selecting the option “Upload to OneDrive.”
One thing to keep in mind is that when you access your files using the OneDrive fetch feature, you’ll only have read-only access. This means that you cannot create, modify, or delete any files or folders on your main system via the OneDrive web interface.
