If you’ve tried to access OpenAI’s chatbot recently, you might have noticed the error message ‘ChatGPT is at capacity right now’, preventing any login to the server. Some people, upon logging in, are unable to actually input any commands, with the ‘new chat’ button failing to work. In short – the service is not fully available.

OpenAI is yet to release any updates about when ChatGPT will be back up and running as normal. So for all those waiting, sorry – you’ll just have to sit tight. However, there are a few things you can try to combat the error messages.

Logging out and then back in again could help, as could clearing your browser cache or using a VPN. These aren’t proven fixes – the software is still in development. This means we will have to wait for the brains behind the chatbot to make some fixes that will increase the server capacity.

Why is ChatGPT not working for me?

A lot of users are experiencing problems with the ChatGPT web server right now, facing error messages or simply unable to send in any commands. This is because too many people are attempting to use the service. The servers are thus overloaded, hence the ‘at capacity’ error message.

There’s no clue as to when it will be back up and fully working. You could try waiting until less busy times of the day (when US users are asleep, for example), or just keep refreshing the page. Some people are reporting getting through after half an hour or so. But this is very frustrating.

Why is signup currently unavailable for ChatGPT?

There was one period of time when OpenAI was not accepting any new signups for ChatGPT. The reason for this was the fact that the service had reached capacity and could no longer handle additional users. However, it seems as though OpenAI has upgraded the service to now be able to accommodate more users. If you are unable to signup still, it is best to contact OpenAI customer service.

What are the peak hours for ChatGPT?

According to various sources, ChatGPT’s peak hours are during business hours in the US and Europe. Typically, traffic seems to decrease on the weekends and in the evenings.

Final Thoughts

ChatGPT is still in its teething stages, so expect to see issues like this one for some time. However, with some of the best software developers in the world working on the fix, we’re hopeful the servers will be operating at a higher capacity soon.

So for now, there’s no clear answer from OpenAi on when the service will return. We will be keeping track of when they do, though, and will be sure to let you know.

Will There Be An Lg C3 This Year?

Last Updated on January 5, 2023

It’s official! Our experts at PC Guide can confirm that we will see the release of the new LG C3 TV this year. Set to join the rest of the LG C-series clan, the new LG C3 TV, unsurprisingly, will be decked out with a fair few improvements compared to its predecessor the LG C2.

The LG C3 OLED TV is one of the most anticipated TVs of 2023. It has the potential to be the best TV of the year. Those lucky few who have already had a hands-on experience with the TV have claimed improvements to its brightness.

But, before we speak too soon, some have already suggested that this new generation LG C-series TV doesn’t offer enough updates to make an upgrade from the LG C2 worth it. Let’s look into the new LG C3 TV in further detail. Keep on reading.

It is rumored that the LG C3 OLED TV will be released in Q1 of this year. Some have even suggested that we will see it hit the shelves in April 2023. Bear in mind these are only rumors and we are yet to hear directly from LG on when these TVs will become available.

When it comes to price, we again can only speculate. Back in the day, the LG C2 OLED TVs were launched at a price between $5,499 to $1,399 for the 83″ and 42″ TVs, respectively. Since their release, these TVs have dropped in price even on the LG site. So it would be no surprise to us if the new LG C3s are set to launch at this similar price point too.

LG C3 TV Features and Performance

Expect to see new refinements such as a new Alpha A9 Gen 6 processor. The new algorithm within this processor will increase the perceived brightness of the LG C3 TV. A feature that many testers have already raved about at the launch event.

The technology works by recognizing which part of an image is the focal point and which part is the background. The algorithm can then cleverly increase the brightness on the main part of the image making the entire image seem brighter – pretty amazing really.

Another new feature to be introduced on LG’s new OLED TVs is the upgraded WebOS 23 smart feature. According to those who had the opportunity to try it, they claim there are no major upgrades to the system. However, there are a fair few new features which may interest you.

One of the new smart features involves AI picture quality adjustment. The Personalized Picture Wizard will ask you a series of questions whilst you look at various images of differing brightness, saturation, and contrast. The AI will then analyze your choices, creating the perfect picture settings to maximize your comfort.

LG C3 TV Design

The LG C3 OLED TV features a similar design to the LG C2. It will feature a slim shape, built from a lightweight composite fiber. Thanks to its weight, one person would definitely be able to set up this device alone.

Wondering what input and outputs will be on this TV? Well, according to LG the new LG C3 will have four ALLM HDMI 2.1 ports. This is the same as the LG C2 so there is no upgrade here. Nonetheless, it still makes these LG TVs great for gaming.

In terms of screen size, we definitely expect to see a 55″ and 65″ model as they were present at the LG launch event. Other sizes that could be available are 77″, 83″, and 48″.

What is the difference between the LG C series and G series?

A key difference between both models is that the LG C-series is at a more affordable price point compared to the LG G-series. For example, the LG C1 55″ TV is set at $1,499. Whereas the LG G1 55″ is priced at $1,999.

Summary

So the new LG C3 OLED TV is coming out this year. Will you be making a purchase? Here at PC Guide, we are looking forward to this product hitting the market and seeing how it compares to the previous model, the LG C2.

Will Genopets Game Ever Be Released? Why Tamadoge Could Be A Better Option

Genopets is the world’s first Move-to-Earn blockchain project announced in early 2023. It’s an NFT game built on top of the Solana network, and it features free-to-play mechanics that allow anyone to play the game and generate tokens. The game rewards players for staying on the move and competing in various physical activities. While the move-to-earn approach caters to athletes and sports fans, its targeted audience is relatively limited. However, another new crypto project called Tamadoge that also revolves around NFT pets chose a different approach. It uses the play-to-earn mechanism allowing players to compete for free tokens by playing various platformer games on their smartphones. Let’s compare the two projects and see why Tamadoge is a better investment option.

Genopets – Move to Evolve Your Pets

Generally speaking, the idea behind Genopets is great. The move-to-earn formula is excellent for promoting a healthier lifestyle and motivating users to stay active. After creating an account, every player has to answer a few questions to acquire the right Genopet for their daily routines. The players have to install a GPS app on their phones, and as they move, they generate XP to evolve their Genopets. Every pet has a unique personality, and it keeps growing and developing as the game progresses. All pets work as NFTs, allowing players to buy, sell, and exchange them in the Genopet NFT store. The platform features two native tokens, $GENE, and $ki. The first is used for staking, voting rights, etc., while the latter is required for in-game purchases, Genopet upgrades, crafting, etc. The system works great, but since players have to move to upgrade their pets, it’s unlikely to attract a massive user base.

Project Development Slowing Down

The official release date has not yet been set, but the current estimations say that Genopets should go live in late 2023 or early 2024. The recent crypto crash resulted in trillions in losses, pushing millions of crypto investors into other, less volatile markets. The lack of investors has increased competition in the blockchain ecosystem, and projects like Genopets are now struggling to follow their roadmaps.

Tamadoge – An Emerging NFT Pet Metaverse Platform With Massive Gain Potential

On the other hand, Tamadoge, another project built around virtual NFT pets, is about to go live in the next few months. Instead of the move-to-earn formula, Tamadoge uses the Play-to-Earn (P2E) mechanism to reward players with native TAMA tokens. The game is loosely based on a popular hand-held game platform from the early 90s called Tamagochi. Like the original game, Tamadoge puts you in the role of a pet trainer whose job is to ensure that the pets are healthy and happy as they grow. So, instead of moving to evolve your pets, you have to play exciting platformer games to win Dogepoints. The players with the most points at the end of the month will get TAMA tokens as rewards. However, even though that might sound like any other metaverse project at the moment, Tamadoge has excellent tokenomics, and TAMA tokens have a zero transaction protocol.

Tamadoge Tokenomics

There are 2 billion TAMA tokens in total, half of which are available in presale. Another 45% is locked to increase liquidity, while the remaining 5% will be burned to diminish supply. Furthermore, once the platform goes live and players start using TAMA tokens in the game, 65% of all tokens used within a month will be sent to the monthly prize pool and distributed back to players. Another 5% of the amount used will be burned monthly, resulting in steady price growth.

TAMA Token Presale

The Tamadoge token presale is open right now, so you still have time to buy TAMA tokens at a discount and secure a place among the early investors. The tokens are available for $0.01 until early September, or if all 1 billion tokens are sold out. Judging from the massive influx of investors, you probably have only a few days left to buy the tokens at the lowest price. Moreover, if you invest at least $100, you can enter the $100,000 TAMA token giveaway to reward the luckiest new investor with the total amount.

Genopets VS Tamadoge – Which one is Better?

While the two projects may look similar at a glance, Tamadoge is a much better investment at the moment. It’s about to go live in the next few months, and it’s already KYC’d on CoinSniper. The project has also passed a SolidProof audit with flying colors and is likely to become the next big thing in the meme coin ecosystem. Genopets, on the other hand, have to compete with numerous NFT move-to-earn projects in the works. Even if it turns out to be the best game in the move-to-earn ecosystem, it’s still far from an official launch. Therefore, if you want to invest in cryptos with the highest gain potential – Tamadoge is the only real option.

How to Buy TAMA?

Although the Tamadoge presale started only recently, investors worldwide have already done their part to capitalize on this incredible investment opportunity. Check out this guide if you want to become a Tamadoge community member and potentially get rich by investing in Tamadoge. The step-by-step guide will explain each process in great detail, so make sure to read it carefully. Once you complete all the steps, you’ll be a proud owner of your first Tamadoge token. Step 1 – Create a Crypto Wallet  If you don’t already have one, you first need to create a crypto wallet to buy Tamadoge. Most wallets are simple to create and are completely free. With that said, we recommend that you go with MetaMask since it includes multi-chain support. Go to MetaMask’s official website, press “Download,” and follow the instructions to set it up. Step 2 – Buy ETH/USDT You can buy TAMA coins only through Ethereum (ETH) or Tether (USDT). Both of these cryptos can be acquired through the major crypto exchange platform. However, you also have the option to purchase ETH directly via credit/debit card on Tamadoge’s official presale platform. After you buy ETH/USDT, transfer the tokens into your crypto wallet. Step 3 – Connect the Crypto Wallet with Tamadoge’s Presale Platform  Go to the official Tamadoge website and press ‘Buy.’ Step 4 – Purchase Tamadoge  Type in the exact amount of TAMA coins that you want to buy (the minimum is 10,000) and press ‘Convert ETH’ or ‘Convert USDT.’ Double-check the information you entered and confirm the transaction if everything is correct. Step 5 – Claim the Tokens  Lastly, all that’s left for you to do is claim the Tamadoge tokens. But, you should know that the ‘Claim’ option will be available only once the presale ends.

Open Mic: New Android Phones Will Always Be Listening

Open Mic: New Android phones will always be listening

In a bit of a leak of information this weekend, Google’s next-generation software spilled on the heels of the upcoming Motorola smartphone Moto X. This device will be working with Google’s next iteration of their mobile software and will act as a bit of a centerpiece for said software, showing off abilities like voice commands with a system that’s able to listen all the time.

While this sort of constant listening ability isn’t new, it’ll certainly stoke the flames with users fearful of the privacy-invading abilities of miniature monitors of all kinds. If you take Google Glass for example, you see so much fear of the unknown that it’s striking – just because the device allows a camera to be mounted to a person’s face, the public loses its collective mind over Big Brother-esque possibilities.

UPDATE: Since this article was published, we’ve reviewed the Moto X, the DROID Ultra, and the DROID MAXX, each of them working with hands-free mode as spoken about above and below. This is still also referred to as “always listening”.

Here with Google’s next version of Android – at least as it rests in the Moto X, you’ll have sound being drawn upon at any given moment. Google Glass also has abilities similar to this with its own always-on voice recognition system.

But how different is that from the Wi-Fi detecting abilities of smartphones, tablets, and notebooks we’ve been using for years? The difference is that we humans cannot transmit the signals these devices have ben seeking with their wireless data radios – with the “always” button tapped in a device’s voice recognition engine, all will be heard.

See more on the Social Implications of Google Glass – “Staring” and all.

Consider the idea that any smartphone right this minute could have its voice recorder activated. How different is this from Google’s next-generation software, save its intended purpose?

Head to 3:09 into this video to see what’ll happen if you use Open Mic incorrectly. Make sure you’re not calling Mom on accident.

NOTE: Back when Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich was first introduced, there was a feature – and there continues to be a feature – tagged as “open microphone”. This is an experience that currently works with Android devices allowing voice dictation and streaming voice recognition – at the moment it does not work with voice commands.

“Android 4.0 introduces a powerful new voice input engine that offers a continuous “open microphone” experience and streaming voice recognition. The new voice input engine lets you dictate the text you want, for as long as you want, using the language you want. You can speak continuously for a prolonged time, even pausing for intervals if needed, and dictate punctuation to create correct sentences. ” – Google for Ice Cream Sandwich About

This system is translated, therefor, to the next version of Android with streaming voice commands, aka “Open Mic”. This update allows you to work with everything introduced with the newest version of Google’s online search engine and allows it to listen in at all times. That’s Conversational Search in Chrome if you’d like to try it right now.

You will still have to press or tap a button to make it all work, of course. In the future you’ll only have to press a button once and you’ll have your Android smartphone there listening to you whenever you like – easy and fun, right?

Windows Phone 8 Will Be Deeply Integrated With Windows 8 Os

Microsoft announced today that its forthcoming mobile operating system, Windows Phone 8, will become closely linked with desktop PCs and tablets running Windows 8.

With many wondering about the fate of Windows phones in an iPhone world, Microsoft is effectively linking the fate of its mobile operating system to the success of its PC operating system, which is currently used by 1.3 billion people worldwide. It is Redmond’s second big announcement this week: The Microsoft Surface tablet event happened Monday.

“The future of Windows 8 is a ‘shared core’ between Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8,” said Windows Phone 8 product manager Joe Belfiore. This means that the two operating systems will share the same kernel, plus the same files system, multimedia apps, and graphics support.

For users, this integration means that apps that work on Windows phones will also work on desktop PCs and tablets, and they will find it easier to share content and apps seamlessly between their Windows Phone and their Windows tablet or desktop PC.

The shared core also will make life easier for developers because they will be able to create content and apps that run on both phones and PCs; they can spend far more time developing, and far less time “versioning.”

This in turn should mean that Windows Phone users will benefit from a reenergized development community that will develop cooler apps–apps that could be far more competitive in number and quality than Apple ecosystem apps.

Tiles Interface: Microsoft rolled out a newly designed version of the “tiles” user interface for Windows Phone 8, which it calls the “marquee feature” of the new mobile OS. The tiles are “live” and can show various types of content at different times. (See image above.) And, in connection with the ‘Mapping’ item, below, you will also be able to make a tile for a Nokia map on the home screen.

Web-Page Rendering: Microsoft also announced that Windows Phone 8 will support the same Web-page rendering engine as Windows 8, so developers can create Web pages for desktops and tablets, and know that the pages will work the same way on phones.

Mapping: Windows Phone will have Nokia mapping technology built in. This comes just on the heels of news that Apple has developed its own mapping app for the iPhone, but Nokia’s maps have more development time behind them, and are expected to be a major addition to WP8.

Display Support: Windows Phone is (finally) adding support for standard 720p, WXGA 1280 by 768, and WVGA 800 by 480 displays.

Storage: WP8 will add microSD card support to its phones. Windows Phone users will be able to employ the small memory cards to store memory and move data back and forth between their phones and their PCs.

Mobile Wallet

Microsoft will use Windows Phone 8 to catch up with the mobile-wallet capabilities of Android and (less so) the iPhone. Windows Phone 8 will include a “mobile-wallet hub” that will allow users to pay for goods and services with their phones.

Game Development

Microsoft announced that developers will now be able to develop games for both phones and PCs using native C++ code and a set of common APIs (application programming interfaces).

The Business Angle

Microsoft is also adding features in Windows Phone 8 to make the OS more business-friendly. These include support for Bitlocker encryption, secure boot, flexible app distribution, and device management. This is a big deal for IT managers, and it will help Microsoft pursue its strategy of winning the consumer phone market by making a phone that works for business life as well as personal use.

Windows Phone 8 will offer IT managers a “Company Hub” feature that will allow them to create a customized experience on the phone for employees.

The hub (see image at left) will show the apps that the employee has already installed, and then suggest some that might be useful, like the “time-off” app. An alerts page will notify employees to change their passwords. Microsoft will also provide templates to help businesses quickly put together miniportals for employees’ Windows 8 phones.

No Joy for WP7 Owners

However, Microsoft says that existing WP7 phones will be able to upgrade to WP 7.8, which will at least give them the new interface, or “live-tiles” experience.
